Running

In high school I loathed running. Fast forward to college, I ran if I was being chased. Now, I can’t imagine my life with out it! Running has become such a huge part of my fitness routine. With a lot of hard work and training I can crank out 5K’s on a daily basis!

I’m slowly working my way up to 10K’s, a  half marathon and maybe one day a full marathon. On here you’ll be able to read all about my training, useful tips to increasing your distance and how to find motivation!

Running is great exercise and an effective way to tone muscles, but it can be daunting to take the first step! Believe me, almost a year ago, me and the “dreadmill” were arch enemies!

I’ve always enjoyed running, but it didn’t become such a huge part of my fitness routine until a few years ago. Now, I can’t imagine my life without it. I’m hooked!
